Sample of a Document Control Administrator Resume

This is a very basic document control administrator. Such a resume should list all the experience you have working with both paper and electronic documents. In addition to administration work list any hands on experience you’ve had in printing, scanning or copying. Also list any experience you’ve had as a file clerk or in general office work.

You should also list any knowledge or experience you have of document security. Any legal background you have and any legal training you have. Experience in the archiving of documents or work with archive services such as Iron Mountain is also invaluable.

Try to list all of your work experience especially all experience working at large corporations and in government. The more experience you list the more competent you will appear to a potential employer.

Also list all of the office equipment and software that you are familiar with. The more you know about general office work the better.
